Product Return Policy
Like most major software companies and as clearly stated in our Customer Refunds Policy, we do not offer refunds on our PrintSix® software products. Alternatively, we are committed to your total satisfaction by providing our customers with the best possible customer support available, and have also developed the following product return policy which is reprinted below from our Customer Support Website, our FAQ page, and the documentation shipped with your PrintSix® software.
PrintSix® Product Return Policy
We at Six Digital Photos Dot Com have made the decision not to copy-protect the PrintSix® software. In accordance with the terms of our License Agreement, this enables you to legally make one back-up copy of your PrintSix® software (for archive purposes) in case your original becomes lost and/or damaged. Accordingly, this policy does not permit us to honor refund requests. Thus like most popular software companies, we do not offer refunds on our computer software products and absolutely no refunds on downloadable versions of the PrintSix® software. Additionally, if you have purchased or downloaded PrintSix® at our discounted "Internet Special Price," please understand that profit margins are simply not there to cover the costs of order processing, administration, postage, commissions, and the accounting necessary to process refund requests. Alternatively, we are committed to your total satisfaction by providing our customers with the best possible E-mail, telephone, and Online Customer Support available. And since our software can be copied freely, we kindly ask that you do not make and/or distribute illegal copies of the PrintSix® software. It's cheap enough. Please encourage your friends to purchase their own copy of PrintSix® from our official PrintSix® website at www.sixdigitalphotos.com. Thank you for your understanding and support.
But like all popular software companies, we occasionally encounter a "technically challenged" customer who does not know how to use a computer or the simple Windows commands "copy" and "paste" as required by PrintSix®. And while it is not our responsibility to teach our customers how to use a computer or how to use Windows, we’re always here to help with Free Customer Support in case you run into trouble. We'll even teach you how to use the simple Windows commands "copy" and "paste" as required by PrintSix®. Don't worry... It's easy! CLICK HERE for a quick lesson on how to use "copy" and "paste." So if you are having difficulty, please do not claim disappointment and/or dissatisfaction in an attempt to obtain a refund through the PayPal system and/or a chargeback to your credit card. As a respected merchant in good standing with PayPal... Please be advised that PayPal will not honor your refund request and a chargeback attempt will be denied by your credit card company.

Important Note: The Standard Version of PrintSix®
is our "entry-level" PrintSix®
and is best suited for printing digital pictures with file sizes up to 200K and requires a
3˝ inch floppy drive. Accordingly, if your computer does not have a 3˝ inch floppy
drive and/or your digital camera records pictures larger than 200K, order the Professional Version, Premium Edition, or Commercial Version of PrintSix®.
